Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your dudlestephens.com gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please visit our Return Portal and select the exchange option. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

All sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD.
